I like adding this stuff to my collection. First issued for the 1915 Pan-Pacific Exhibition. Trimmed to be imperf on this cover sent to Linn's in 1929.
The pencil note 'IMPERF?' is not mine.

it looks like an imperf error of Scott# 402 to me

Hi chasa. I assumed someone created this imperf with a scissor.

I can't find evidence of an imperf error of this stamp.
