Hello All,


New to stamp collecting, but very much in love with it. Please excuse my ignorance, as I'm sure some might think this is a simple answer, but I do not know anyone else who collects to ask. I have read some of the identifying characteristics to try and distinguish between the two, but am still a little unsure. Can anyone help advise what I have here?

You can tell by the perforations, top is SC 554, bottom is SC 583 - neither is a 634.
