Tipzi raised this question in another thread, but old thread, maybe missed by some.

When I look at other 10R1L's I don't see the upper left layout line, but I can't find a great example. I did find an example of a 10R1E that was cut close but seemed to have the line? Maybe it's on both and I'm just not seeing it. Or is the line more prominent on early examples? Full design top, so must be 10R1x. Don't see any obvious recuts.

So is this actually a 10R1E? Anyone here buy it?

It is a 10R1E and I did bid on it. My appetite for the stamp was somewhat spoiled when I asked the seller how long the tear was. The tear was not in the (large) top margin. The tear was actually in the bottom margin which would have obviously entered the design area. That is a significant difference to me.

Thanks Sinclair, I was wondering about that tear as well. Could not find it, but of course was looking on top.
