Hello to all my dear friends.I bought this two chinese large dragon stamps printed on very thin paper with imperforation holes in between and left marginal on 3 candarin stamp. Both pair are in MNH condition with original gummed on behind.Im worried and afraid this horizontal and vertical pair are not genuine stamps. Is there anyway for how to identify or test if this large dragon stamps are genuine or not?Do they look like genuine or fake stamps from the picture?Have you ever seen any fake or counterfeit large dragon stamps before in this issue?Im a newbie in chinese stamps and just started to collect them,I love collecting chinese stamps very very much especially large dragon and the rare one.Surpringsly, there are many people and stamp collectors are interested to collecting and investing in chinese stamps nowadays.Who are this people so interested and bidding like hell on ebay mainly for chinese stamps only?chinese or western people?MAY I KNOW THE TRUE REASONS???

Well, this was the first Chinese stamp and there's way too many counterfeits to count. Usually, a full sheet would run about $5000-20000.

Anyways, the first thing I notice is the paper. It's way too bright and doesn't look like stamp stock (it also looks very thin). I think for some of the stamps there perforations were crude, but this is the first time I've seen such rounded perforations, yet none just between two stamps...

The stamp paper looks too bright becouse I took this photos with my camera flashlight,of course this stamps would look brighter on the photos. This two pair of stamps have brown gum on behind. Are you sure the full sheet of 25 stamps could run around $5000-$20000,how about the imperforated full sheet of 25 stamps on ungummed paper, what is it worth?hey your nickname is so familiar, are you using the same nickname on the coin forum?Anyway, welcome to this forum.
