I couldn't find if rotary or flat plate. It is 11x11 and measures 19x22 and maybe 1/2, can you help me please? Thanks

I think your best bet is to directly compare the stamp with known varieties.

By the way, does the stamp have a watermark?

OK thanks Kevin, I think water mark is doubles lines just checked with a led lamp!

Nikos5, your stamp as mentioned is a Scott 634 and is part of the 4th Bureau issue which has no watermark.

Thank stallzer I thought so but I it's color is a bit faded and made me think could be the Watermark. Thanks a lot the other people in forum for their great effort posting for help and giving all the great sites to refer.
