I agree with kevin504 - either regummed or (very) disturbed OG. Also looks like it has numerous small faults. Have you dipped it? Post another picture of it sitting in fluid... If rgstamp's 4 arrows show faults (they look like probable faults to me) they will show better in fluid.
You say you "got a good price," but what's a good price for a faulty regummed Scott 241? (...what I think you have) $100? $150? If you got for that or cheaper, I'll agree with you (assuming faults are minor - again, you'll need to dip it to confirm. Regums and/or severely disturbed gum can often hide major repairs).
