I found another piece of,registered mail; U59 postal stationery with the aforementioned 91 or 98 added. For the life of me I can't determine if it's an E or F grill. Anybody know any tricks to determine grill types? I'll try anything except removing the stamp from the cover. Letter inside is dated November (it looks like) 1869.
So anyway, attached for your viewing pleasure and comment....
