Thought I'd pass this one on to the group so they could check their own versions of this stamp. In any case, it has a color shift and was expertized by APS.

Nice stamp. A little surprised it was submitted for a certificate -- the cost of obtaining the certificate will far exceed its retail value. But I concede that resale value is not the only valid reason for seeking a certificate.

The cost wasn't that great, but my real reason was to have an expert confirm what I was seeing. The stamp didn't look right, and I thought it valuable to me to know if I was right.
