I haven't been paying much attention to this lately, however, in using an APC/SSK today in the post office I found that the labels are now featuring the US Flag. Does anyone know when this first appeared on the APC labels? Did it coincide with the US Flag Stamps that were issued on 01/29/2016?

I can't speak for 2014, but I've been buying them for a long time now, with a hiatus during the 2015 holiday season when the Charlie Brown label was in use.
