Hi, I just came across an old stamp collection from my father. I know absolutely nothing about stamp values. So I scanned a few stamps from the US to see if any of them might be of interest. Any help would greatly appreciated.
The U.S. items you scanned are all very common used issues. They are worth only pennies each. There are a few foreign and one Cinderella in there as well.
You can go to the library and look at the actual values in a Scott's Catalog in the reference section for more detail.
Welcome to SCF ! Greg is correct the stamps in your post are very common, The Carl Yastrzemski cinderella may be of interest to a Red Sox fan! I hope you continue to grow and add to your Father's collection you found
Now that you're here, you should go to the New Member Introductions forum and introduce yourself. There are lots of friendly folks here and if you give us half a chance, we'll make a collector out of you .
The Carl Yastrzemski cinderella is actually a premium from Topps Baseball Cards. I'm not sure of the value -- check ebay for an idea of what they are going for.
