One of the best ways to identify these stamps is to go to http://stampsmarter.com and follow the Washington / Franklin identifier tool. If after checking that you still have trouble please check back in!

if it has green speckles on the back it is SC 552

The straight edge with cutting line on the left and perf. 11 makes it flat plate Scott 552
