For anyone a little confused, Sharpie is a brand of permanent marker made famous for the quality and abilitly to dry quickly (very, very quickly!). They are the choice of autograph seekers for this reason. They would work fine on glassines, but I use the label/recycle method for anything that can be reused safely .
