$3-4 retail for both items. Less at some places.

To raise some money for the forum I auctioned this exact set. It sold for $10.00 to Dianne Earl. All the money went to the forum for expenses to help keep the forum running.

Usually, a first day or any other cachet cover without the stamp and postmark is just an unserviced cover and has little monetary value. A FDC artist or company may reuse a cachet for several different issues with the same theme, topic, event, etc. That is just my 2 cents.
