Sorry for asking too many questions and disturbing some of the philatelic members and experts.Unfortunely,I need help from all of you again on this philatelic items such as stamps and a postcard. This items detail and listing are as following below:

1.Straits settlements 1884 queen victoria 4c brown postcards with overprinted "THREE CENTS" on stamp. This two postcards look exactly the SAME except the "THREE CENTS" overprinted on this two postcards look very much in difference "SIZE"(TOP SMALLER,BOTTOM BIGGER SIZES).I think that the "THREE CENTS" overprinted on top postcard is normal and the "THREE CENTS" overprinted on bottom is a variety one, correct me if im wrong? Is this "THREE CENTS" In two difference size listed in the latest SG or SCOTT catalogue?

2.Straits settlements 1902 king edward VII 4c purple-red stamp with an "EXTRA SPECIAL STRAIGHT LINE" below the crown ca watermark? The line can be seen clearly on the bright white light.I have never seen any extra straight line appeared on any straits settlements stamp before but I have seen this straight line appeared on many australia KGV stamps.

3.Australia 1922-23 king george V 1 1/2d green stamp with an "EXTRA BROKEN SPECIAL STRAIGHT LINE" below the w5 crown A watermark as listed in SG catalogue. The straight line is almost similary like stamp NO.2 but It is appreared on vertical way and the line is "BROKEN".I have seen too many Australia KGV stamps with an "EXTRA STRAIGHT LINE" below the crown A watermark but not broken line like this.

4.Great Britain 1989 public education in england 19p multicoloured stamp with an "EXTRA SQUARE DOT" appeared at the middle position on the right stamp compare with the left stamp with no dot at all.It is a SQUARE GREY COLOUR DOT but not dirty dot on it.Again,I have never ever seen something like this too.

Are this items with the varieties considered as "NEW DISCOVERY".Hopefully this are genuine varieties and also uncommonly seen. Please check them out one by one on the superlarge images scan below and let me know what you think, your help and opinion are very much apprieiciated,Thank you and have a nice day.

I cannot help you with the postal card. Scott does not list postal cards/stationary other than for US/UN.

The cards/varieties will be listed in the Higgins and Gage catalogs, but I do not have any of them.

Regarding the straight lines in the watermarks, that is simply the edge of the watermark matting. The broken edge line is just a watermark production freak. Nothing really unusual, and I know of no premiums associated with them.

The square dot is simply a phosphor dot sprayed on by the automatic sorting machines. They are now quite common on GB stamps. Normally, they are sprayed onto the envelope, but sometimes the "stamps get in the way".

I have some scans of them somewhere, I'll see if I can dig them up.

The dots are usually circles or squares. Here are some on GB Machins.

I recently helped someone identify these on stamps from Oman and Zambia.

Hi Miko, on the Straits settlements postcard, both overprint do exist, not variety. From my copy of Standard cat of Mly, sg Brunei Revenue stamps and postal stationary, the cat number is P4 and P5, valued at RM 200 and Rm300.
