Looking for a non-biased assessment as to stamp album value. The stamp album is called "Modern Postage Stamp Album". Copyright 1935.

I'm uploading a few pictures of the first 20 or so pages here:

*** Edited by Staff - Link Removed. ***

I've looked into a few select stamps, and understand they are worth anywhere from $1 to $50 each. They are all mostly used.

Almost every page has at least one stamp, definitely stamps from all pre-WWII European countries, including Russia, Austria, Germany, France, Great Britain.

Note the picture of the three full sheets of Ukrainian stamps. I saw a one each set from these sheets going for $15.

I'm looking to get a ball park estimate for the album given what I have above.

If someone really wants to go through it I can provide more pictures.

Any information would be helpful. I'm not looking to get into the hobby at all (I have enough hobbies), but would rather not go into a collector shop blind.

I agree with the $20 figure. How many used stamps do you have? Figure on around 1˘ a stamp if you are lucky. Mystic is high retail for decent condition stamps bought one at a time.

Somewhere between 500 and 1000 stamps as a gross estimate. Several pages are full, some of the more out of the way places have 1 or 2 (or 10) stamps.

Thanks for the help.

These can be had for around $3. In a collection much, much less.http://www.ebay.com/itm/US-Stamp-Pr...9?hash=item4

I still believe the less than $20 estimate is correct.

Jon,
Welcome to the forum. The link you provided requires users to supply their email addresses and this is not recommended so I am removing the link from your post.

No offense, but there are a lot of scammers and email harvesters online. Instead of using a Google Drive link, it would be best if you would upload your images into your post. It will get more views and give you more feedback.

Here is a link that explains how to upload images to this forum. https://www.stampcommunity.org/sc_t...g_images.asp

Also to point out that using Mystic stamps as a guide to values is not accurate.
