I haven't seen one before, but it looks as though it may have been pulled out of a booklet.

Wow, those are long perfs. I've never seen a Bulgarian stamp like that.

I love the long perforation teeth very much but unfortunely Im not interested in bulgarian stamp at all,sorry to say that.

well thats to bad cause I have my fair share of Bulgaria stamps.I think ill just put it in my small album of weird stamps,pen cancels and what ever else interesting I might find.Triggersmob out of all these years collecting you have not come across this?

Definately a freak. This would fall into the EFO category (EFO = Errors, Freaks and Oddities) There is also an EFO club solely dewvoted to these stamps too.
