I started collecting in 2000. In 2003, life got busy and I packed away the stamps. Now that I am starting to have more free time, I've unpacked the stamps and am starting to organize.

In the past I had started collecting British Honduras, Canal Zone, & Ryukyu Islands. I'm still exploring what I truly want to collect, although I always seem to be looking at colonies & possessions that weren't independent as of 1970. I really like the more modern colonial stamps from GB & Portugal.

If anyone is from the far Western suburbs of Chicago (tri-cities area), drop me a line. Be great to get together with some other stamp people.

Take care,

Chad

Welcome, Chad! I'm not from Chicago, but am a just a few hours away in Indiana. I come to Chicago somewhat frequently to entertain myself, and would love to meet up with some fellow stamp collectors eventually...
