I know I posted this before but, since we have many new members I thought I would try again. It was in a collection I bought around a year ago. It was with the U.S. stamps. I have googled till my eyes bled looking for information on this stamp. Please help.

Around the turn of the century is was common for people to have pictures taken and placed in stamp-like frames.....I'm sure this is one of them. I've seen an article recently on these but right now I can't remember where......

Really cool. It appears to be a personal seal prepared by a photographer. I've heard of them but never seen one. Look to an antique photo collector.
