the bottom 2 cent stamp is correctly placed and centered. Is there flaw on or around that I haven't seen?

I don't really understand the question. What do you want to know?

My guess: bottom is a Scott 634 in fine condition, value less than one cent. The 3 pictures, oddly, are of 3 different Scott numbers.

Value of stamps vs value of covers:
Agreed, the value of the stamps is very minimal, but the top two are canceled by Columbia machines. The value of these small-town machine cancels on full cover is usually in the $2-$5 range depending on the state, collector, etc. The top cancel from 1926 is a later and unlisted type than shown in the Machine Cancel Society books on the Columbia machines. Note the thinner killer bars and the difference in the curvature as they approach the circular dial as compared to the middle example. Being on a perf 10 #583 is a nice touch too. All good reasons to keep covers intact.
