rgstamp, it looks like someone tried to erase/abrade/lighten the pen cancel at lower left, scuffing the paper in the process. Most honest sellers would also mention the small stain at upper right. I don't think you'd get a "sound" cert on this one, but do agree that the color is nice. Definitely a worthwhile example, despite the ugly "penmanship."

Yeah, definite small stain or tone thing upper right. Not sure about intentional lightening of small part of pen cancel..
I don't see scuff. I think ink just fading or something to that effect .

I'm pretty sure I see paper abrasion in this area. 99% sure it would show in fluid ("flash" while drying,) or maybe with UV light.
