Is there a published list of the dates, specific post offices, received the 1861 stamps?

The source I've always turned to is Pat Paragraphs - a compilation of the 58 newsletters Eliot Perry produced. There is a section where dates, when known, are listed (though somewhat haphazardly). You can get it from Leonard Hartmann (pbbooks.com) or Phil Bansner (philbansner.com) or the USSC (usstamps.org) and I'm sure from other places.

If anyone has a better source, please let us know.

There were about 28,500 post offices in 1860 (including those in the South). The literature covers only a small fraction of these.
Did you have a specific city in mind?
