These were part of a lot bought at an estate sale and I can't figure out why they were placed together by the previous collector other than it may have something to do with the perforations.Please weigh in if you see an error/ damage...thanks!

Yes, the 2 are damaged stamps that should find a home in the trash bin, sorry to report.

I wouldn't advocate throwing away such stamps necessarily. Possibly there is someone to give them to.
