Why guess? Count the perforations at the bottom of the stamp. Eleven perforation tips and 10 and a fraction holes indicate that the stamp is perf 11 at the bottom. That, the perfs aligned between rows top and bottom and no setoff on the back indicate that the stamp is a rotary press 634, the most common of all the 2 cent Fourth Bureau stamps.
