I like these especially the Syracuse NY cancel. Anyone know what Scott this could be? Are they altered?

They are the bottom two stamps from a booklet pane, Scott 332a if double line watermark or 375a if single line. Although singles from booklet panes are not listed in the Scott catalog, some collectors attempt to reassemble a used booklet pane from singles or multiples. Finding singles with the top tab is the biggest challenge. Some other positional pieces can be found with a vertical center line to the left or right or a horizontal center line on the bottom imperf edge (360 subject plates) or in the perforations (180 subject plates. Some 332a were printed on 180 subject plates. The rest were printed on 360 subject plates as were all of the 375a booklet panes.
