I have a few 2c Harding stamps and know the various types but I have one stamp that is 1/3 smaller than the regular sizes, and a has a completely different perforation. I had this cancelled stamp looked at by a stamp expert and he confirms the authenticity and proper make up of the paper. I have never seen one like this Harding measuring only 2/3 the normal size. Has anyone come across one?

Welcome,
Is it possible you could post an image? Might be a 'shrunken' stamp? Some type of Harding souvenir item (since the perfs look strange)? Just guessing without an image.
