I've been puzzling over how to ID this one. Using the cancellation date, I narrowed it down to either Scott 344 or 384. But it seems like the only way to know for certain is by watermarking -- and how to do that without removing it? Also, any thoughts on what the premium might be on cover? The crease and pen notations certainly don't help.

By the cancellation date, it can only be #344. #384 didn't appear until December 1910.
