No clue what this is ? The bottom has lots of tiny perf's.

Stamp is definitely a Scott 300.
Scan at too low a resolution for me to be sure, but it gives the first appearance of being a straight edge stamp at bottom with part of the printed "place stamp here" stamp box from the postcard showing below the stamp - the stamp box being dotted to provide an illusion of fine perforations?? A higher resolution scan of just the stamp would confirm or refute this guess.
