As this past Christmas marked my 50th year as a collector, I wanted something special. So I started hunting last June. Not just any Zeppelin would do......I want Hindenburg covers !

Here's a few I've found......

New York to Scotland, First Fight, May 11, 1936.

Receiving mark of May 14, 36, Frankfurt.

New York to Holland, First Flight, May 11, 1936.

Thanks folks.......It's been fun.

Here's another....

Friedrichshafen to Frankenstrasse.....23, 3, 36....with two LZ129 marks/stamps (red one "in-flight").....and both C57 & C 58 Hindenburg stamps....just 7 days after first day for these stamps.

This one is addressed to Brazil....3, NOV. 36....Hindenburg cachet/cancel in red with a German Zeppelin stamp #C36....&...15 & 60pf Pres. Hindenburg stamps #423 & 429....also with 2 different airmail labels. Receiver mark of Sao Paulo, 9, XI, 36.
