This is my first upload and do hope images come out ok. The two stamps below are 1968's and particularly interesting to me is the side view of Lincoln which I seldom see around. Comments appreciated. Thanks!

Nic,
The images came out fine. Your stamps are lightly canceled which does not take away from the stamps. Did you use a scanner or a digital camera? Why are these stamps of particular interest to you? I also like those stamps and I collect Lincoln topically. Please show more of your collection.

Greetings Stamperdude! thank you for the response, I used a bed scanner at 500resolution saving on format .bmp bitmap file to preserve the bytes, then converted file into .GIF format to lower the bytes, then auto enhanced the contrast. That's it, a three step process.

Will scan the many lincoln's, as soon as I find where I placed the boxes about 20 years ago. I am a renewed stamp collector again after a loooong freeze, got inspired by this site.

Thanks again

Nic,
Feel free to share other items besides Lincoln. LOL I am sure your box has many forgotten treasures within. Welcome back to collecting and I'm glad this site was an inspiration. We take great pride in the "family" part of the name.
