My collection includes a few picture postcards from the Panama-Pacific Exposition, held in San Francisco in 1915. Here are a couple of these.

1913 are not uncommon at all. Special slogan cancels promoting the expo go back to 1911. Below is a San Francisco (Bomar SF15-09) from May 17, 1911.  |

Apologies to all, for calling a patriotic cancel "weird looking". The exposition, judging from the images doug2222 posted really must have been quite grand. An equivalent to todays internet. |

That must have been quite a sight to have been there! Does anyone know if any of the buildings still exist from the expo? |
