I just wanted to say hello to the boards. My name is Liam and I am an education administrator and avid amateur historian from the tri-state area. I was a stamp collector as a boy but have recently just gotten back into it after the birth of my son. I am an avid airmail and early US collector.
I have a complete mint airmail set from 1918-present and I am trying to balance the expenses of daily/ future life with my aspirations for an early US collection. I have a nice start so far.
I am looking forward to discussing stamps and meeting others on this forum. Thank you for helping a new fella along, and thank you in advance for the time you all spend helping me. Your time, energies and patience are very appreciated.
YAY! I myself am a proud owner of a complete mint airmail set from 1918-2001! I love my Zepp friends and would be happy to post pics!
A pleasure to make all of your acquaintances. Although I am an avid collector, I am not a particularly knowledgeable one. I am having a bear of a time identifying some of my #400-500 Washingtons. I may ask for some help there eventually. For now I am going to sit back and learn a little bit and get to know the group.
