Hi again. I can't believe I am still having trouble with this stamp. When I googled it I came across my own post here when I first started collecting: I still find it hard to be sure and need help in the form of a second or third eye. So please feel free to express an opinion. The perfs and size are correct to identify it as 346 or 346a. Thanks
Technically the Type II stamps is known as Sootts 634A - not 634a. The capital A because it is a major variety with its own little space in a USA album. Minor varieties, lower case designation, are interesting but usually are not included in printed albums.
