The 3 cent stamp is a color changeling, exposure to the sun has faded the reds from the ink making the stamp look blue. This is considered a fault.
The perforated 1 cent Franklins are Scott #300. The one imperf Franklin stamp might be a Scott #314 but we would need to see a higher resolution image to be sure it is not a trimmed #300.
I would not want to try to determine the ID of the 2 cent with a low resolution image, if possible please upload a higher resolution image of this stamp. Don |

Quote: I have an older Franklin Washington 3 cent , 1 cent and Washington three cent. On the first Franklin Wahington, the edges appear to be cut to match the picture in this book, does that alter any value to it? Yes, any alteration will affect value That is an 1861 issue. Probably Sc 63. The P in the cancel on the 1c banknote is part of P O (Post Office) which can be seen. The four 3c banknotes are too small to tell, but think top left is a National and top right a Continental, notice the difference is the shading of the lower left ribbon end under the R of Three? Follow this link to identify each one. http://www.stampsmarter.com/1847usa...nkNotes.html |

Looks like Sc 300b, part of a booklet ( the straight edge on left) with a perfin. ( a group of letters perforated into the stamp to prevent theft) |

Booklets are very seldom perfinned, this is almost certainly from the natural straight edge of a right-side pane, a plain old Scott 300. The TRIB perfin is for the Chicago Tribune. |
