scb, Do you have the G.B. Beatles album covers from a couple year ago?

triggersmob, I thought marmite was english, but wasn't sure.

quigngt, Have you seen the US battleship revenues stamps, there were some US Indian headdresses, ceremonial dances, & masks just off the top of my head.

djd, early philatelists & companies would be interesting to us collectors and possibly educate the general public.

When I inherited my grandfather's collection, along with the many items was a large essay of the Penny Black. For years I tried to find out what it was. I didn't know an Essay from my elbow. Of course, all the people I showed it to weren't stamp collectors. Now it's gone. Given away. I don't remember. To bad we're not born a little smarter and die less stupid.

What is marmite? could you imagine if we were born knowing what we all know now,there would be some smart,smart people out there.I have yet to see a stamp with a ferret on it,but have a few that look close to a ferret but I think they are minks
