Found these precancelled Indians from New York, so I though I'd post them:
Incidentally, the first image is a perfin precancel from Auburn, NY with the punched initials D&M. Anyone have ideas as to what business may have used that precancel back in its day?
rohumpy I believe the color differences are two different stamps...at first I thought the third one in the row was Chester, New York but now I see its a Rochester !!

Thanks for the info. on the Auburn, NY perfin. The company apparently was started inside the prison at Auburn, NY where the company manufactured shoes for the inmates and they branched out from there.
