My Cousin's rented the house from 1938 until 1943. I was told that the person named in the archive was of no relation to the owner at that time. Hence they(My Cousins) were told by the owner that they could keep them if they wanted them.

Sorry to be a little late on follow up. Dianne, will be interested in the hort piece... please keep me in the loop.

This is my favorite piece, Certainly there are others more beautiful... but; because of the family connection, and that there just weren't that many women physicians in 1947.

This would probably be one of my favorites, a nice Civil War Patriotic cover showing a great action theme of the 1st battle of the Civil War at Fort Sumter.

Good to see what a sheet of the 1939 World's Fair labels looks like. Seems there were 54 of them. I have 39, so will have to determine which ones I still need.

I've posted this before, but this has to be my favorite card (not cover) only because of the excellent appearance of the block of stamps and the fact that the reverse side of the card pictures Lindbergh himself:
