A Youngin'

Joined a couple days ago, just found this forum though!

Anyway, for those fearing young people don't collect stamps...I am one who does. I have a collection inherited from my dad/grandpa that I was seriously into for a couple years before losing interest. Found my way back. Currently in the process of changing the collection from a shoebox to a proper, catalogued one.

As for info: from B.C., Canada, am 23, and a 3rd year Poli Sci major.

I'm 44, and collected since I was eight years old. I "got serious" in it at age 24. I organise the Youth Booth at the annual national-level stamp show, here in Ottawa.

Thanks for the welcome. I have stamps from all over, but am going to focus on the pre 1960 British commonwealth. Pictures as the collection takes shape :)

Thanks all. At this stage, it's more dissecting political theory and theoretical discussion of politicians. Perhaps if I go for some sort of research thesis....
