This was my, "find" for the weekend.
Our local stamp club had their fall auction and bourse Friday night and today. It was fantastic as always. Even the weather was perfect. Bright and sunny and mild.
Anyhow, Friday night there were two auctions. A silent one with about 600 lots and the voice auction with about 500. Things have reserve bids from 50 cents up.
Today we just had 3 smaller silent auctions during the day, as well as the dealers bourse.
I got this New South Wales Railway Stamp at the last minute. I can't really say I won it in the auction, because no one else bid on it, so it was just sold off at the end for the reserve price. Either way, I like it. Something interesting to add to my Australian collection.

Nice find doodles

We had an aucton at our meeting Tuesday night. It was the first I had ever attented. Had a blast and won many lots for a dollar or a little more. As per usual spent too much but had lots of fun.

I forgot the coolest part. One guy won a lot of small queens and Nova Scotia but only wanted one of stamps and gave me these

I know they're only space fillers but I didn't have any stamps from Nova Scota yet.
