I apologize if this has been asked before, but I could not find it with a quick search. This one has bugged me for a while. It seems common, but I cannot find it in Scott's. I have a Chinese-speaking friend, but she was not sure of the inscription, claiming it had something to do with owing money (postage due?? Revenue??) Thanks for your help.

Dave

Great! Thanks for your help. I do indeed have the other one, white on orange.

Is the picture I posted upside down? I noticed it is reverse of the sheets you posted.

Hello Tom,

The red one sheets is upright in my quotative picture, another one is upside down. Sorry I had not noticed that.

Hello Dave,

You are welcome.

Your post is upright, not upside down.

Best regards to Tom and Dave,
ZhangCheng
