Hi all,

I just joined this forum after doing some searches for Stamp Forums and figuring that this looked like it might be the most helpful and informative one I saw in my search.

I have been tasked with dividing up the stamps that my father brought back from WW II, and so far my wife and I have spent 37 hours in the library looking through the Scott Stamp Catalog trying to identify the value of the stamps to fairly divide them between my self and my two sisters.

He had over 500 stamps and we have found most but we have encountered some issues that I will post in the appropriate topics to hopefully get some help from you experienced people.

Hi Wiltat2,

Welcome to the SCF.

I hope you stick around, even after you have sorted your 500 stamps.
Stamp collecting is a great hobby.
