on the second stamp what they are trying to say is as soon as the tank collides with the horse the tank will break into pieces the horse is stronger than the tank :)

The Lancer isn't worried because he has a secret weapon. The rifle is just a decoy. The horse is going to poop right in front of the tank. When the tank hits the poop, it will lose traction and skid off the road and into the ditch along the other side of the road!
