I would like to know if it's usual or unusual. Here's a stamp circa 1960's where the then President overprinted all major stamps with a request, a sentence that says;

"HELP ME STOP SMUGGLING"

needless to say, smuggling hasnt been stopped, have these short "overprint requests" ever happened in one of your stamps?

This was not a personal reference.....he wanted to stop others from smuggling in his country.
