Hi may name is Connell Marsden , Call me Conn
I started collecting stamps at the age of 8. I was never very sophisticated about it, and did it in spurts. I am now 84 and have no one to leave my collection to. I flew a B24 in WWII, went to school on the GI Bill. I worked for Nevada Power Company (Now NVEnergy)in Las Vegas for 36 years and retired as Vice President of Rates and Regulatory Affairs .
I have been living in SW Colorado since I retired. Lately I have been going through all my stamps and have sold my Scott Hingless album and two Plate Block Albums on ebay.
Over the years while working for Nevada Power I would periodically check the mail room for stamps, and I saved hundreds, envelope and all.
Thirty or forty years ago I purchased a H.E. Harris Company Inc. album "STAMPS OF WORLD WAR II" with some packets of stamps. H.E.Harris has gone out of business and I have not found any mention of "STAMPS OF WORLD WAR II". Anyway my one volume has blossomed into 6 Volumes, and I am planning to sell them. They are categorized in parts.
PREFACE TO WAR
PART 1: LEADERS OF WAR
PART 2: ALLIED NATIONS
PART 3: AXIS NATIONS
PART 4: AXIS PUPPETS
PART 5 CAPTIVE NATIONS
PART 6: VICTORY

Since I was 18 when I went into the Army Air Force, I didn't pay much attention to the history of the war, so for my own satisfaction in my embellished album I have included a brief history of each nation involved along with their stamps. I really don't know if the albums will be of interest to anyone or not.
I ramble, thanks for your interest;
Conn #9835;#9835; #9786;

Connell,
If you go to the Buy/sell/trade section you will see the simple rule. 50 post minimum and 14 days membership.
You can even start your own auction.

Go to All forums and scroll down to get to that section.
