I'm a sucker for all of the byways of Italy's stamp history. In case someone doesn't know the set you're referring to, here is the one lira:

You might be a stamp collector if your son asks if we are going to the post office for stamps on your day off. He's now 3 and has been doing that since before he was 2.

How cute !

You might be a stamp Collector if your screensaver is a Penny Black on Monday, a Baby Zep on Tuesday, an Inverted Jenny on Wednesday, a SCF logo on Thursday............

Londonbus1.....Not allowed Philatelic screensavers

top five on your browser history

Swabbie -- you're just about spot-on with my browser. Also in there would be stamps.delcampe.com which I've been exploring because of the ebay-alternatives thread and www.1847usa.com where I go to lust after the stamps I'll never own

Yep, someone who would be interested to look, with a magnifier, at a world map, printed on a small stamp....that might be a stamp collector

If the name Minkus, doesn't make you blush.

Why is it when I talk of my old Minkus, everyone starts
to look at my wife ?
