I was poking around in unsorted stuff and came across this card. I don't know where it was canceled as it appears some letters didn't transfer well. The date is easy enough to see though. Is anyone familiar with place names in India well enough to tell me where this was posted? I am able to make out the receiving mark as Kuchaman Road. This appears to be a rather small town in the heart of northern India. I am very intrigued as to what was written on this card. Can anyone translate it?

thanks for looking, and I hope the obverse isn't upside down,
OG

Well, at least it looks like OG got the bottom pic in the right orientation! You'd be surprised how many times I've seen pics of Asian/Arabic script upside-down!

Perhaps somebody at the India Study Circle could translate the postal card for you. I'd check with them.

There is a strong chance that may be struck at "Kahnaur" Haryana district.
