Help Identify This Stamp Please & Stamp Colors

Bujutsu, no need to apologize. I've run into a similar problem this year. I submit a post, but it doesn't show up in the thread. However, if I reload the thread, then my post will show up. Also, sometimes it shows me as not logged in, even though I have just logged in -- again, reloading the thread seems to solve that problem. Never happened in the past, and doesn't happen to me at other forums.

I have noticed that since I started having this problem, that the smilie choice window to the left of my edit window has gotten a LOT smaller (now I have to use scroll bars to select a smilie). Not sure what has changed -- must be one of my software updates messed something up or is incompatible.
