I am going to have to endure the quest for strike with British Postmarks Bujutsu, it should be part of their expertise. However, thanks for that link, I haven't been there for a while and the seapost strike fits admirably (pun intended :) That is very interesting site.
Yes, that's what I thought Jubilee, but having no subsidiary markings alongside in front or behind sowed doubt. I had a hazy thought about special postmarks for early postcards that encouraged the query. I'll have to drop a line to the GB postmark soc.
