How would you frame a Latin American collection? I used to have a Jumbo binder of International pages for LA countries and now I'm thinking of putting some back in my collection--since it is supposed to be a WW collection.
I segment and define LA as follows:
1. Colonies/territories (British, French, Dutch, Spain -- these I have in my collections of those empires
2. Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina - I have collections of these countries (larger economic and geographic)
3. Other south america, central America and Caribbean countries - these are the countries I'm debating. I am considering printing an album to 1940 for the stamps I come across....or even 1920 or 1900.
Perhaps there are other ways to add some Latin American stamps in an interesting manner.
I have noticed Guatamala is popular and can see the interest as they are more limited in stamp production. Others like Venezuala are more numerous.
