Exactly. Both of yours are used. The yellow one is from 1942.
That is all I know about it though.

Hi
The lower one is a revenue fee stamo, to prove that the twoo-weeks-fee for the disability insurance had been paid. It had to be afixed on a special insurance-card.
Haven't seen the above one yet - the text reeds "workers vacation-stamp", whatever that were used for, I don't know.

Downunder look like they had to pay revenue for there holidays .
