Actually, it's a nice, well struck cover bearing a C23. I'd have to look up the exact value, but unless there is something rare about that specific flight I would guess it's worth $3 to $5 retail.
It would have an honored place in my collection so I hope you keep and find a place for it in yours!

National Air Mail Week (NAMW) was a one shot deal in 1938 by PMG Farley and President FDR to promote air mail. I collect the air postal history of Texas, so I'm always on the look out for NAMW covers from Texas. Nice one you have there from Mass.
